Kaushik Ghosh brings an uncommon combination: deep academic grounding in data science and applied mathematics alongside years of executive advisory experience across financial services, healthcare, and higher education. He built DataThetics to close the gap between what organizations think they can do with data and AI and what they are actually positioned to do.
Before founding DataThetics, Kaushik held faculty and research positions where he developed the analytical frameworks the firm uses today. He has advised organizations ranging from growth-stage companies to large public institutions, and his work consistently focuses on the same thing: helping leadership make better-informed decisions, faster.
